1. Using Boxy AI
Boxy AI provides tools for organizing boxes and item inventory. Keep your account credentials secure, use the service lawfully and review the information you save. Available features depend on the app version and service configuration.
2. AI-assisted recognition
AI recognition can produce incorrect item descriptions or quantities. Review results before saving or relying on them. Do not rely solely on Boxy AI for safety-critical, medical or emergency inventory decisions. Scan images are processed by Google Gemini; provider processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Content and data handling
You are responsible for the content you submit. Submit only content you are entitled to provide for the requested features. The Privacy Policy distinguishes scan photo bytes, temporary structured recognition results, saved inventory and persistent feedback screenshots. A 24-hour retry-replay window is not a general promise to erase all data within 24 hours.
4. Paid features and subscriptions
Where paid features are offered, review the price, renewal and purchase terms shown at checkout. RevenueCat supports subscription management and billing records. Manage Google Play and Apple subscriptions through the store that bills you. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
5. Account deletion availability
General customer account deletion is not currently enabled. Controlled Development testing does not establish an operational public self-service or manual deletion process. See the Account Deletion status page. This draft does not promise deletion deadlines, erasure of all external-provider data, or immediate removal of every audit record and backup.
6. Availability and verification scope
Interruptions and errors can occur. The October 29, 2026 data-handling audit covered Development only. Production configuration, complete mobile SDK behavior and provider settings were not comprehensively audited; this draft must not be read as confirmation that those environments behave identically.
